On the completion of any job the window cleaning foreman will seek a satisfaction note and handover slip to the customer to indicate they are happy with the work carried out. 

At times, the senior management staffs will carry out inspections via any assessment to make sure that results of quality performance had been rendered. From time to time management will carry out independent quality checks which will be logged and made available to clients at scheduled meetings.
